- Sod installation
- Seasonal cleanups
- Grading & leveling
- Bush trimming
- Masonry work (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.)
All services are subject to a written estimate or agreement.
3. Estimates & Scope of Work
- All estimates are based on the information available at the time
- Any additional work outside the original scope will require a written change order
- Changes may affect price and timeline

4. Payment Terms

- Deposit required to secure scheduling and materials
- Remaining balance due upon completion
Failure to make payments may result in:

5. Scheduling & Delays
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Site conditions
- Permits or inspections
CalanServices is not responsible for delays outside of its control.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide access to the property
- Ensure work areas are clear and ready
- Disclose any known site conditions
Failure to comply may result in delays or additional costs.
7. Materials
- Materials may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance
- If the client provides materials, CalanServices is not responsible for defects or delays
8. Warranty
- Workmanship warranty may be provided (if specified in contract)
- Does not cover damage caused by:
- Weather
- Improper use
- Lack of maintenance
- Third-party work
9. Limitation of Liability
CalanServices is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Pre-existing conditions on the property
- Issues outside the agreed scope of work
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is confirmed
- Cancellations must be made in writing

You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access

12. Intellectual Property
